Learn the ins and outs of ADHD and other behavior disorders

There are over 50 medical emotional and social conditions that can look just like, act just like, appear to be, or mimmick attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.  One of the most common seen in my office is bipolar disease, a condition in which wild mood swings can occur days and weeks at a time.  Another ADHD mimmicking disease is hypothyroidism, an underactive thyroid gland.  Do you know of a child or a teen who has suffered problems in the classroom or in life because of a wrongful diagnosis of ADHD?
